Terms of use

Welcome to Aypara AI (hereinafter referred to as the "Application")!

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User", "you") and the developer, individual entrepreneur Elvin Məmmədov (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Application. By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the Application, and delete it immediately.

1. License and age restrictions

License: We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

Age Limit: You must be at least 13 years of age (13+) to use this Application. If you are under 13, you are prohibited from using the Application without parental consent.

2. Artificial intelligence (AI) content and medical/psychological disclaimer

The Application utilizes Google Gemini AI to process user inputs and deliver various intelligent features, including voice note transcription, psychological journal analysis, birthday image generation, and medicine prescription scanning.

NOT medical or psychological advice: All responses, analyses, scans, and outputs generated by the AI modules of the Application (especially regarding medicine prescription scans and psychological support insights) are strictly for general informational purposes. They do not constitute, and must not be used as a substitute for, professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional psychological counseling.

Consult a healthcare professional: You must always consult a qualified physician or healthcare professional before taking any medication, making any medical decisions, or acting on any information provided by the AI tools in the Application. The User bears sole responsibility and risk for any actions taken based on AI-generated outputs.

3. User conduct and restrictions

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Copying, modifying, reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the Application.

Using automated bots, scripts, or scrapers to bypass AI daily rate limits or damage the systems.

Using the Application for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes, or to violate the rights of any third party.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

The Application is provided to you on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

The Developer makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or timely operation of the Application, or that any bugs will be corrected.

The Developer is not responsible for any security vulnerabilities, system downtime, network failures, or data loss (e.g., if you choose to reset the Application).

5. Limitation of liability — Eliminating your risk

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

In no event shall the Developer (Elvin Məmmədov) be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including, but not limited to, damages for personal injury, wrongful medication intake, medical complications, loss of data, loss of revenue, or other intangible losses) arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Application.

The User accesses and uses the Application and its AI capabilities entirely at their own risk.

6. Intellectual property

All design assets, logos, user interfaces, code, graphics, and trademarks within the Application are the exclusive intellectual property of the Developer (Elvin Məmmədov) and are protected by copyright laws. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of these materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Future changes and subscriptions

Currently, the Application is fully free to use. Paid features, in-app purchases, or subscription options may be introduced in the future. In such cases, payment terms will be integrated into these Terms, and you will be prompted to review them upon updating the Application.

8. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Modified terms will become effective immediately upon being published within the Application. Your continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
