Privacy policy

Thank you for using the Aypara AI mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"). This Privacy Policy describes how the developer, individual entrepreneur Elvin Məmmədov (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer", "we", "us", "our"), collects, processes, and protects your information within the Application.

We take your privacy very seriously. Our Application is built on the principle of "Privacy by Design" — meaning we do not collect, store, or process any personal data that can directly identify you (such as your name, surname, email address, or phone number).

1. Collected information and anonymity

There is no user registration system in the Application. When you launch the Application for the first time, a completely random user ID is generated locally on your device.

We do not know who you are and do not request any personally identifiable information.

2. Device permissions and how they are used

To function properly and provide all features, the Application may request access to certain system permissions. These are only activated if you explicitly grant permission:

Microphone: Used to record audio notes within the Application (these recordings are processed temporarily by Gemini AI but are not stored on our servers).
Camera: Used to take photos and scan medicine prescriptions.
Gallery / Media Library: Used to select photos from your device to upload into the Application.
Calendar & Reminders: Used to sync generated events and reminders with your device's native calendar.
Contacts: Used for device-level sharing or sync functionality.
Notifications: Used to send you daily reminders and app-related notifications.
Biometrics (Face ID / Touch ID): Used to secure and lock the Application locally on your device (biometric authentication is processed entirely on your device and is never sent to our servers).

3. Third-party services

To ensure stable performance, analyze usage, and debug technical issues, we integrate the following trusted third-party services:

Google Analytics & Firebase Analytics: Used to collect anonymous usage statistics to help us improve the Application.
Cloud Firestore (Firebase): Used strictly to store your chosen daily mood status (e.g., Excellent, Good, Bad, etc.). This data is linked strictly to your anonymous user ID and contains no personal information.
Sentry: Used to monitor technical errors, exceptions, and crash reports to maintain application stability.
Gemini AI (Google): Used for advanced artificial intelligence processing, such as transcribing audio recordings, analyzing psychology module notes, generating birthday images, and scanning medicine prescriptions. Requests sent to Gemini AI do not contain any personally identifiable information and are processed on-the-fly.
Vercel: Used to host and securely route our backend API requests.

4. Data deletion and app reset

Users can reset the Application at any time through the Settings menu.

Upon initiating a reset, all local user activity data, notes, and in-app preferences stored on your device are immediately and permanently deleted.

To prevent abuse of our AI services and ensure API limit compliance, only non-identifying technical logs (the anonymous user ID, daily AI limit usage metrics, and Legal Consent status) are retained on our servers. This data cannot be used to identify you in any way.

5. User data rights (Self-service deletion)

All your data is stored locally on your device and anonymously under a random user ID.

You have complete, exclusive control over the deletion of your data. You can exercise your right to delete all your data instantly by using the "Reset" function within the Application's settings or by uninstalling the Application from your device.

6. Age restriction

The Aypara AI Application is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older (13+). If you are under the age of 13, please do not use the Application. Since no personal data is collected within the Application, there is no risk of exposing or transferring children's personal information to third parties.

7. Future monetization and in-app purchases

Currently, there are no paid subscriptions or in-app purchases in the Application. However, paid features may be introduced in the future. In such cases, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly, and you will be notified within the Application.
